I definitely dont want him to but on rotowire they say that he still has the possibility of playing through the injury and be back during playoffs?

    No way !!

If I were the Rockets org I would have his scheduled for surgery TOMORROW. Then I would provide the limo ride to and from the minimally invasive arthoscopic procedure, and some nice Grey Goose for the ride home.

They still haven't confirmed that he will be out. My guess is that they still want him to play if he can. Or they would have said he's out for the year and move on.

If the organization actually attempts to get him to play they are not as sharp as most of us thought.

The team is BETTER without Tmac....the chemistry is BETTER, the defense is BETTER, and the team is better off with Wafer.

    As I said....MONTHS ago.

Yeah that would be great. Everyone knows what your going to expect out of a HEALTHY T-Mac so why wouldn't you. I kind of expected this to happen. One game he has a triple double then the next game he isn't doing so well. Then he drops 27 points then horrible the next game. So inconsistent is the key. Let him rest and REHAB and see how he responds. I see him coming back this year but if he comes back he is just going to have an ear full of people talking down on him.

If he gets that surgery then he is not going to be the same. Mentally he is gonna think he can do all he is use to doing but physically his body will not let him. He is going to have to change is whole game.

TMac should not even think about coming back. Besides the fans have hurt his feelings and he has already said that he going for the surgery.

But how can the team play with a HEALTHY T-Mac who is willing to play with the offense?? We don't know that yet because basically the McGrady we seen this year has not been HEALTHY. We were basically looking a player playing on one leg struggling.

I strongly suspect that the Rockets front office vehemently disagrees that the team is better off with Von Wafer than TMac. I find it interesting, to say the least, that the team has not declared him out yet...

tmac is fine. he can obviously play if he wanted to. He might have faked this to keep from being traded and now that Alston is gone, tmac might be happy because Rafer called him out all the time.

if he can get healthy by the playoffs, then i say let him come back and play!!!!

i don't care what ya'll say, a healthy t-mac would make us a very dangerous team.

i prefer to see us with all guns blazin' in the postseason than play as is and be lucky to get passed the first round (which probably won't happen now that we have traded rafer). it seems like most of you would be happy with that.

ron won't be here next year most likely, so lets do the most that we can THIS YEAR!! t-mac has always been good in the playoffs.

i dont hate tmac, i dont love him, i just want to win, and i feel if he can get healthy that is our best chance at ultimate success.

i guess i just have not given up on this team yet.
