For the life of me why can't anyone on the team drive the ball, or even look for a midrange shot for once?

What the heck is plan B when the 3 isn't falling?

well you got rafer's tear drop... lol... They're just following what t-mac does.. T-mac shoots jumpshots then everyone else shoots jump shots. We seriously are lacking in execution.

I Totally agree. 14 3 attempts in the 1st half is WAY too much. We aren't driving.

Basically sometimes we live and die by the 3. Sometimes we hit them and sometimes we don't.

    how about...T-MAC

t-mac better take over the game offensively in the 2nd half or else "it's on him"

We're playing exactly how we played New Orleans and Phoenix, slack D and bombing threes, except now, we're missing. We need to pick up the D and get some O going.

Well what is plan B and why aren't we using it if there is one. Are there any adjustments (assistant coach Gundy?)

Battier is a guy 6"8 and can't do anything besides spot up 3's. No wonder he hasn't helped the Griz win any playoff games.

thats why I have said that our 3 point shooters are one dimensional and look really bad if they cant hit their 3's...

I was arguing that with some phoenix fans...

they were saying shooting 37% looks fine...

i was saying its fine if its not your only shot...

and you can beat your man to the basket... or you have a midrange shot or in the paint/ post up game...

I think in the 2nd half we'll see more of a post game from him. That usually works pretty well, the times he misses the shot, we usually get the offensive rebound. Our gameplan seemed different then usual. Can't exactly put my finger on it. Maybe too much hype all at once. Im looking foward to a more productive 2nd half.

I have no problem with the 3's. They will fall eventually, especially in the 4th.... T-Mac needs to drive more, stop with the difficult pullup J's.. Yao needs to continue to bully down low and stop missing easy shots.. As I feared, the Jazz are winning early, but I feel the Rox will recover and win.. just wait and see!!

Outside of TMac, Rox really don't have a creative player on the team that can penetrate and make things happen so when TMAC is 0-6 the Rox look really bad on offense.

And the offense is exposed. How are they going to win again?

True, but those three guys have a DAMN good AVG at hitting OPEN threes. I don't care if we have 50 open threes in the first half, SHOOT it. Don't worry about attempts. BTW, Rafer had a brilliant game tonight. 46 minutes played. He had a few bad plays, shot one or two times too much, but overall you can't ask anything more from him. Did good job getting Yao the ball.

Good JOB Rafer. Well done. 9 pts, 11 rbds, 8 assists.

with great defense and tenacity, taking a 9 point deficit and turning it into a 14 point lead, thats how...

by holding their oponent to 11 3rd quarter points, thats how!

by letting their superstars take over games and by hitting free throws, thats how!

unfortunately thats not a part of battier's game. battier never drove to the basket even when he played for duke. that was what loul deng, and chris duhon was for.
