The highlights showed Jackson clearly hit the record 3. Since it has no effect on the outcome of the game now can the Rockets appeal the NBA to have them review the tape?

Bill Worrell said the Rockets should send the tape to the league offices.

JJ would've set (or is it tied) a Rocket record for the most consecutive games with a 3 pointer made (24) had that one counted.

I think he would have broken the Rockets record.

Oh, that sucks, why wasn't it counted? Did they call it a 2 pointer or did they claim it happened after time expired?

One ref thought his foot was on the line and the replay showed it clearly wasn't.

i would rather the rockets focus on winning the next game.

he was robbed, but....there are more important things to worry about.

Since it's a Rocket's record, can't they simply put JJ in the record books as the record holder? Regardless of what the league says?

It's not as if they are going to worry about it. Someone with the Rockets will send the tape or make a call and the NBA will decided one way or the other.

What, do you think JJ is going to bring the tape to the New York offices himself?

I don't think it works that way Puedlfor. Maybe as the unofficial team record only for rocket fans.

    JJ was robbed.

If tonight's 3 ends up not counting, JJ will be tied with 2 other guys. I think Sleepy Floyd is one of them.

I don't really want JJ to be the sole record holder, let's not appeal ;).

lol if he wants the record he should bring the tape himself.

when i was his age i had to walk from miami to the nba offices and back...uphill in both directions...to get my nba record.

the actuall record makes no difference. the point remains, i went and got it myself. but i was allways a selfish player.
