Can anyone here give me an estimate how much a 1993 Fender stratocaster in good condition is worth?

It's only worth what someone will pay for it.

Where is the guitar made? Is it a Squire Strat? Was it part of a Strat Pack? Got a pic of the guitar?

Is it Vintage ?? 60's Fender Strat goes anywhere between 20G ~ 30G. pre-73's go for $5k~10K. post-72' are generally below $5k, you should really get an appraisal on this.

The first thing to look for is if it's made in the usa - It will be stamped on the headsdtock by the tuners. USA Fenders will bring the most $. If It is a Fender Stratocaster made in Mexico or elsewhere it will bring much less. The other consideration is if it's a Fender 'Squire'. The Squires bring the less of all and can actually be bought new for around $150.

Once you have identified it, go to Ebay and see what similar models are bringing.

    This is interesting.

I have a mint 93' Black Strat with a White pick guard and maple neck (made in the USA). The hard case is also in mint condition. I bought it with a Fender Princeton Chorus amp (I think) new.

I just never was able to get very good at it, but I just can't get myself to let it go.

Don't forget to check the hardware and pickups on it.

Single coil or lace sensor pickups?
    Locking tuning keys?
    Any special paint job?

Look for that kind of stuff as well.

I checked the serial number online and it was made Mexico and it certainly is not a Squire Strat, just a straight up Fender Strat.

Do an ebay search for "Strat Mexico" and it will give you a good idea of what it is worth....probably in the $250 range.
