Right now Lebron is in that club. If you look at his FG% trajectory 60% is possible. 50% three point percentage will be hard, but if he is smart he might be able to hit it.

It is very unlikely, but I wouldn't put it past him.

    is this a joke?

there is no "club" to join, because it's never been done.

btw: Are we just going to ignore the fact that Iguadala is doing it now, too.

    No.

(I suppose since you had the word "can" in the poll, I should say yes, because it is possible, but it is also possibly I'll get signed to the NBA tomorrow and join the 100/100/100 club)

50% from three? I highly doubt it. He's a clutch three point shooter not a pure shooter.

I think I would, regarding the 3pt%. I think he'll be able to hit above 60% FGs though.

Even as a big LeBron fan, no. Let's be realistic here. Would love to be wrong though.

60 percent is pretty sick for a wing player.

I doubt it. But if he shoots better than the INSANE FIFTY-SEVEN PERCENT that he shot last season then I'm moving him into my top 5 All-Time.

He's already there. He took a team with Mo Williams as the 2nd best player to the NBA Finals, and he has 4 MVPs....definitely more if the NBA didn't "MJ" him and awarded it to guys like Dirk and Rose.

Dirk shouldn't be mentioned in that statement.

No way Lebron shoots 50% from 3, no way in hell, 0% chance. Only 10 guys have ever shot 49% for a full season, and they were all time great sniper specialists with very low attention given.

If he can shoot 45% from 3 given the difficulty of shots he will take, it will be astounding.

A 55/45 year will be unbelievable, 60/50 is completely unrealistic given how much attention he commands.

Right now he's 62.2 from the field and 51.7 from three which is pretty f'ed up considering he's scoring 27 a game. 2.9 three attempts per game. I would think the 60% shooting is more likely but he's amazing, who knows.

I was just looking at his stats earlier today and thinking "If only he could shoot free throws, he could create the 60-50-90 club". What's the deal, by the way? I think he said last season that free throws would be his main focus this offseason. And yet, he's at his usual level.

If anyone could do it, it would be LeBron. He is simply amazing! He wants to cement himself as one of the greatest of all time, as he said before the season, and now he is backing it up. The past 3 games he is averaging 34 points on 70% fg and 62% 3fg. For the season averaging, 27/7/5 on those ridiculous shooting percentages with a PER over 30!! Anything is possible with LeBron! No one should ever doubt his greatness.

No one he would be member no 1. I think he could should 50% from 3's if he cut it down to 1 per game.

The dude simply separated himself from his competition once again. I thought Durant would have closed the gap this year a little bit, but Lebron has widened it even more.

This guy is on a trajectory for at least top 3 of all time. Dude is simply scary scary good.

He added the Dirk fadeaway too this year.
