Game is fairly simple, but requires a hair of thought. If played in a circle of friends, the team goes backwards everytime "Buzz" is uttered, and so on. Best I've seen is teams going barely into the hundreds, but you'd be amazed how often folks that should know mess up. Game pattern is you say buzz on any 7, multiple of 7, or double number. Here's the quick 30: 1,2,3,4,5,6,buzz,8,9,10,buzz,12,13,buzz,15,16,buzz,18,19,20,buzz,buzz,23,24,25,26,buzz,buzz,29,30, and so on.
