So Barry Bonds has hit 39 home runs and its only June 24th . Fastest ever to reach 39 . Do any of you think he has what it takes to hit 70+ ? Amd will they pitch to him? ------------------

I don't think he can do it...he'll have to keep it up the whole year...one home run slump and its over...after he hits 40, he'll still need 31 more to break it...bonds never had a season where he hits even 50 homeruns before...he'll have a hard time reaching 60 with the media pressure... ------------------
