Camping in Galveston

    Hey guys, I'm trying to find out where to camp out in Galveston next weekend. I remember in high school, we camped out like a few steps away from the beach. Anyways do you guys know any prime spots that have plenty of sun and less crowd?

    West beach is of camping spots. Go down 61st and take a right when you see ocean, then keep going until you see signs for camping.

    Are you staying all night? be prepared for mosquitos and wind.

    If you go to Surfside you can build fires (i think).
