Dont know if you guys know but I just saw on channel 13 news that Calvin Murphy is being charged with sexual assault or something along those lines agains his children. 3 from Lousiana I pray to GOD that these allegations are false. If it is remotely true I would be totally devestated and loose all respect for him.

We do NOT need this right now. I'll be the first to say it. I hope it's not true, but if it is...he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
This is surreal. I looked over at the broadcast studio when I heard Dalati say it and I said out loud to noone, "There is no way this can be true." I hope it isn't. I pray it isn't. It is inconceivable. I am so sick of having to say these things about my athlete heroes. PPPLLLLEEEAASSEEE don't turn out to be true. Please.

****.... I really hope/pray this isn't true. Calvin murphy to me was a great/likeable broadcaster with alot of class. Enough class for these type of charges to not be true (hopefully). Would be a severe blow to the fans and the entire organization if a legend like Calvin Murphy was found guilty.... at a real loss for words on this
Didn't something like this happen to another celebrity? Who was it, Rosie O'Donnell? Ellen Degeneress? SOMEONE. If I recall correctly, in that case, the issue was something totally removed from "sexual assault"... it dated from the celebrity pulling down their daughter's pants in semi-public environment to dry her after she wet herself. So, in other words... even if these claims are "true", there's a lot of room for explanation other than the fact Calvin Murphy's a predator. Maybe he just accidentally left a porno tape in the VCR, or maybe he likes to walk around the house naked (yikes, the imagery)... Anyways, let's just wait for the official word on what happened before we jump to a jugement on the issue.
