Anybody know a very easy course I can take? I just need to take 12 hours to keep my scholarship and I only have 9 right now that actually count toward my degree.
If they still have it. Self paced astronomy. Easy as pie if you have decent...make that non atrocious algebraic skills. If you take this course, you need to make a concertrd effort to finnish it in under three weeks, because you'll put it off to till the end if you're like me. A secret to passing the computer quiz is to go to the testing room, read the chapter, and take the quiz while the material is still in your head. This class is meant for people with bad math and logic skills that are required to take a science course.
These courses usually fill up by the first few registration periods. (I had friends who were academic advisors and they were nice enough to add me to the courses right when registration opened.) Classic Civilization (the one with the vocabulary tests of Latin/Greek words) Education Psychology (the introductory course that teaches students how to study) Don't do what I did the Fall semester of my senior year: took Artificial Intelligence (with LISP programming!!!) just to fulfill an upper-division requirement. University (West Mall!) Blue
Did you learn the best way to look like your 21, even though most people know you as one of the First Daughters?
children's literature, any one of them EDP classes...theater and dance 301, asian american studies, human sexuality...those are some blow off classes....human sexuality( considered an EDP class) is considered the easiest of em all... 3oClock Class of 2001
Hell ya! Children's Lit, LIS 322T is an easy A with Williams. According to pickaprof.com, 70% of the class gets A's. Good work 3Oclock. I'll be taking this class next semester. Here's my schedule: EE360S: Computer Aided Digital Circuit Design EE360R: VLSI Circuit Design EE321K: Microelectronics Lab II PHY355: Modern Physics (quantum) LIS322T: Children's Lit.
Try any physical science class. PS is truly science for dummies. The first half of the semester we learned how to convert measurements from feet to inches. In the second half, we did F=ma problems where we were given Force and mass and asked to solve for acceleration. I think my 6th grade science class was more challenging.
History of Rock Music. I guess they still offer that. I took it about 6 years ago. Not an automatic A, but a fun class nonetheless. Plus I believe it fulfilled a fine art credit for me.
Bio 301 L and M No textbook reading, only downer is tests are short answer but they are not difficult, put it this way-we just had our 2nd test and ended at DNA replication, im taking the second part in the spring(need 9 science hrs)
To graduate I need: 3 hrs of natural science - I'll take a look at that Bio class, DVauthrin. I took BIO 301C - Bio for Business/Law/Liberal Arts as a freshman and that was some tough crap. 6 hrs of spanish - I'm scared to take a foreign language at UT. 3 hrs of government - my major. --- I need to take some upper division blowoffs if you guys know any I can fill in.
ASE 327 - Private Pilot Aeronautics baqui99, I'm in Lukenbill's LIS322T right now. It's an easy class but you have to do the reading (she requires like 15 childrens books about 100 pages each). The male to female ratio is 1 guy for every 10 girls. I'll take that anyday.
Smokey, you have to take SPN 312k & 312L? Man, that sucks. Staying on top of all the work is hard, but is the key to getting a good grade. -Turbo
I would have graduated sooner, but I thought I could clep out of spanish for some reason. Wrong. I still have to take 312k and 312L as well, though I would like to take them concurrently. Do u guys check out the tables at the ugl? they're hilarious.
as close to an automatic A as any class at UT. Who knows about correspondence courses? Can I take SPN 312 K right now while I'm taking 508?
I was in 312 L at HCC over the summer. The professor expected me to talk in spanish in class. I dropped it the same day. I have credit for 312 K, but they said I should take it anyways to get familiar with spanish. It's more of a grammar course and L is a literature course. I'm thinking about taking 312 K at the ACC campus on Rio Grande.
Smokey, my girlfriend is in your class (along with like 300 others). She says that the other section is alot easier than yours. As for the ratio, it should be a pleasant change from this sausagefest we call Electrical Engineering.
Cany you go to UT and ACC at the same time? That may not be a bad idea, but you have to take your last 30 hours in residence.
