Now that it's official that there will be atleast one more game in Houston, I would like to challenge all fans going to game 5 to be MUCH louder and more energetic than the game 1 and 2 crowds.

Utah's game 3 crowd was clearly more disruptive than ours. I don't want to hear anyone blaming the Toyota Center's acoustics. Just act crazier. Start chants. Stand up. Be loud.

This is going to be a hard fought series. Every game has been decided in the final quarter, and so far and in all three games, the crowd has made a difference. I will say however, that Utah's crowd clearly affected our team more than we affected them when they played in Houston. If you didn't notice that, then I'm sorry but you're probably being a homer.

Conscider this a challenge from Jazz fans. They have had the better crowd so far in this series. Let's change that and make our statement on Monday.

threads like this really irks me, you don't know these people on the boards, if you want to make an impact, stand outside the Toyota Center in front of the doors and make your speech to the people that don't post on here.

Judging from our group at game 1 I don't question anybody's level of support at the arena, cause YOU KNEW WHERE OUR SECTION WAS. So stop bickering, ad run your speech to the moderate fans.

Unfortunately, I no longer live in Houston so that is impossible...I know the Rowdies are holding it down, but the overall atmosphere is too inconsistant. Utah's fans were booing us seemingly every possesion, disputing ever call made against their team, and cheering emphatically when the Rockets messed up.

Our crowds were good, but Utah's is better. Period. Anyone fortunate enough to go to the game, represent. Get there early, be loud, and give their players hell because that is what Utah is going to do.

I was at game 1 and I can tell you that the crowd was doing everything you mentioned aside from the booing on each possesion, which I thought was kindo f classless by Utah anyway.

Dude nothing personal but you can't call out a crowd unless you've been to a game at the TC during this playoff run, TV doesn't do it justice.

Game 1 was the loudest I've ever heard that stadium ever since it's been open.

I'm just going by what I see. I'm sure it was loud in the Toyota Center. I don't doubt that, but the truth is Utah was LOUDER. Period. That can not be disputed.

It's playoff time. You expect the players to raise their game, and the crowd needs to do their part too.

I'm just asking for our fans to respond come Monday with a crowd that knows how tough its going to be to beat Utah. It seems like the general attitude from the fans is that the Rockets are supposed to walk all over these guys and win the series easily. It's going to be a tough and physical series. Home court is huge in matchups like these.

Yeah this thread should be sent over to the TV stations and let them talk about it all over the air and let all the corporate and casual fans that have tickets and jumped on the badwagon know how to be a fan and what to do. For the clutchfans it's pretty obvious wer are going to be crazy.

Anyone that wants to come to Live before the game meet me up there early and lets have a few shots together before the game.

I'm sorry dude, but there were people heading to the exits before the end of game 2. McGrady had to get the crowd to cheer towards the end.

Utah was loud until the very end and they got louder as the game wore on. I'm a HUGE fan why would I say that Utah's fans were better if I didn't think they were.

Were you at the game in Utah? I guess you can't really speak on it either then. Like I said, I thought the Houston crowd was good...Better than I expected, but still not as good as Utah's crowd. That's just my opinion.

I know that you were at the game and you'd like to think that it was a great crowd. The crowd for game 1 WAS great. I was a little disapointed in the game 2 crowd especially after seeing the Jazz fans out in full force after being down 0-2.

It just seems like our fans are too nonchalant just expecting the series to fall in to our laps. We have to take it.

on tv they sounded slightly louder. I was at game 1 and then i watched it when it re-aired that same night. We were louder than its been all regular season at least. If we win tomorrow, look for it to be louder than ever on Monday.

I don't get it...why would the "fans" leave before the game ended? Who cares if we are winning? STAY AT THE DAMN WHOLE GAME!

I will be cheering them on Monday!

I'm going, and I've complained about our arena's energy many times. I'll definitely be up, loud, and wearing RED

Man if you were not at the game you have nothing to complain about. Most at clutchfans, were extremely crazy and rowdy. The Rowdies try to get the crowd into it. If we can't get people to cheer, then it's not our fault. It doesn't matter how much you complain here because we have already gone to the games and tried to be as loud as we can be.

Send letters to local news channels, etc, because we aren't the problem. The people who post here have already been loud, for those that have gone through the games. We can't get any louder unless each one of us has a megaphone.
