Fire the vice president of basketball operations or hell get rid of Tad Brown... I don't care... we need a new basketball culture in this city or renew an old one! Morey and the Fertitta Family should not be it! Rudy T who is still respected amongst the league should be it! Players come and go in Miami but Riley sets the tone! Jeanie Buss sets the Tone in L.A. Rudy T is one of the greatest Basketball minds to have ever represented this city! It is time to make him the Face.
