I'm a Veronica Mars fan and I was thinking of buying this shirt.

Having never purchased any Cafepress stuff before, I wonder if they are good quality t-shirts?

In a related note, I noticed a lot of t-shirt shops now feature two choices: Haines and American Apparrel, with the latter being a few dollars more expensive. Is AA better?

I have to admit, the only shirt I've bought from CafePress was pretty poor quality, although it was the women fit version. Not sure if that makes a difference, but I just remember it fitting weird and having very thin material. Not sure about what brand of shirt it was...

Thanks finalsbound. I'm sure if their women's tee suck, their men's tee probably sucks as well. :(

havent got a shirt from there, but the mugs they make are brilliant.

I think alot depends on the pictures used by the seller for their t-shirts as well.

American Apparel shirts (and their entire line of clothing) is "sweat shop free" and manufactured in LA. they typically have hot chicks in their ads. it's worth the extra ca$h for the ads alone, in my opinion.

I've bought a few cafepress shirts. Two of their "ringer" style and one baseball.

The prints hold up ok, but after a few washings, they begin to show their age. The shirts have held up fine for a few years.

I've bought a few from there and never had any problems. Any complex prints should be washed inside out to avoid fading. Learned that years ago when I finally had to start doing my own laundry. Damn mom! :D

Yeah, my mom quit doing my laundry a while back, muttering something about "growing up" and "independence." I didn't hear the whole speech. I was too busy finding a laundry service that would do fluff'n'fold. ;)

oomp, thanks for the words of encouragement. I really like some of the designs up at Cafepress, so I only need a tiny bit of a "positive" review to set me off. :D

futants, some of those girls look mighty underaged. Not that I'm complaining of course. ;)

Christopher, I got an Al Gore mug from there once. It was a bit pricey but you're right, it rocks!
