Try removing it with your normal anti virus spyware tools first. If that does not work, try to boot use your windows cd to repair things mode then delete it from the command prompt.

I guess it shouldn't suprise me that CDogg gets infected with a virus named winscok. A little sandpaper should take care of that pretty well...

That's going to be a b**** to remove.

First download and install a program called hijackthis. You'll see the trojan listed on there when it loads. Delete on there then boot into safe mode and try deleting it there.

If that doesnt work, you'll need to boot off of a windows repair cd. Now something that's kind of tricky about some of these types of trojans is that if you delete them successfully, some can recreate themselves on the shut down process. So run hijackthis and delete it there (after booting into safe mode) then try deleting it in safe mode. Now if it won't let you, you'll need the windows repair cd and boot into the repair console and delete it there. However, you can't shut down your computer, you just have to unplug/take out the battery and kill the power so the normal shut down process doesn't occur. Then boot off of the cd and delete it through there.

Try following all of the directions here (except the sandpaper) in SAFE MODE.

Safe mode boots the minimum programs you need to run windows.

Reboot your computer and start slowly tapping f8. You should get a list of boot options. Choose 'safe mode with networking'. Then run your AV tools/hijack this, etc.

And don't use Limewire or any peer-to-peer software anymore. Don't visit warez sites. If you have to download priated stuff, use bittorrent. There's a huge thread here on it, so I won't get into how to use it.
