    Does andyone know if Collect On Delivery mail charges at a flat rate or do they charge a percentage of the delivery price? After getting scammed on some fairly expensive car parts, I will only be dealing with people willing to C.O.D.

    Well, the police are investigating and questioning him, the US Postal inspectors are investigating and may cut off his mail, and he's still not contacting me...so basically, nothing's happened.:rolleyes:

    About the topic, USPS charges at a percentage of the amount collected.

    UPS has a $7.00 flat rate, and FedEx offers it as well, but I can't find a rate on it.
