I am making a trip from Sydney to the US for the first time next month. Scored a few good tickets at Rockets vs Kings game on 25th Feb (1st row behind the Rockets bench). My question is: Would I be able to purchase Rockets jerseys at Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento before the game starts?

I want my friends back home to see a few red jerseys on tv!!

    Thanks!

Haha, unfortunately I don't think team shops sell anything besides their own merchandise.

No they don't sell other team merchandise in the home team arena. I'm sure you can find a sport shop that sells a Harden or Howard jersey though. Champs or Footlocker.

Champs, Footlocker and Finish Line don't sell Rockets or Howard jerseys. I've been looking for a Harden jersey since he came here and I've never found one. California is very biased to Laker/Clipper/GSW merchandise. There's always LeBron and Rose jerseys though.

Really? That's lame. I figured that would at least have Harden. We have Kobe jerseys everywhere here in Texas. What about the All Star jerseys? They should be putting them out soon.

My experience is that outside of Houston, it is EXTREMELY difficult to find Rockets apparel. Even at the local Lids...for the last 18 months, no Rockets hats.

I highly recommend buying your gear on the internet before going.

Such a shame. Too bad I won't be going to Houston this time. They must have some in New York right? Well, maybe time to rock up in them No 11 & 1 :)

The NBA's own store in Manhattan has pretty much everything, it's about a mile from Times Square
