I tried this before and it wouldn't let me. It was probably a couple of years ago. I sent an email and they said it couldn't be done. Pretty damn stupid if you ask me.
It's almost like they're asking you to illegally download the music instead (which I have no problem doing by the way, it's just that I can't find this album anywhere else...)
Here's what you do - you get a best friend who lives in england (or wales or scotland for that matter) and you use their billing information, and you pay them back for all the songs you buy with their information.
Also, it's not just iTunes. I've tried to order from the Amazon UK site also and been similarly rebuffed.
That's odd considering I've bought tons of stuff (books and dvds) from the Amazon UK site using my US address :/ .
