I realize you can only use google checkout once, but what happens if I open up a new gmail e-mail address? Will I be able use Google Checkout again? In other words, do they determine you used it based on your email address, billing address, or credit card? I figure somebody here has tried it before. Last time I used it (last month) it was once per email. You'd have to abuse it a lot for them to redflag you. I did it 6 times on one CC.
Use a virtual credit card number. I've ordered like 10 times from Buy.com. They have a 400GB External HD for 69.99 after Google Discount. Free shipping also. I'm thinking of jumping on it.
