It is the classifieds, and somebody might be interested or knows someone interested,so here it goes. I'm selling a Pizza franchise in Pearland. Asking price is 65K. It's a corner lot, that offers delivery, drive through, and dine in. All equipment is included except for tables(Owner wants to keep it). I have the equipment list, demographics, and financials available for those who sign a no disclosure agreement. Keep in mind it's the business that's for sale and the lease for the location has 2 years left, with a 5 year option. It's 1750/sq.ft. and its 1.90/rent including CAM. The business is coming up on it's 3rd year the end of January. Owner wants to pursue another career. If you have any questions, let me know.
Good track record though? In profit this year? How much would you say it bring in on an average day? Or is it mostly a buisness that needs to be turned around? Just asking cause 65k sounds extremely cheap, though I've never really heard of Sarpinos my friend dropped close to 200k for a Papa Johns.
It's one of those business where you buy and change the name of the business ( or business type, like to Donut Shop), to make significant profit. It's a franchise that isn't worth staying in. Sarpino's charges high fees so the profit takes a hit. It's a Pizza franchise that is based in Canada. It hasn't really done anything in terms of marketing unlike Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc. If you market right, you can easily see sales in around 10k-20k. It's a business in need of an experience owner who will dedicate time to this project. The current owner intended it to be a family business, but it didn't work out that way. Right now he opens 7 days a week, but on Monday & Tuesday he opens from 4-10. Wednesday- Sunday from 12-9. More hours open=more profit. Anyways, if you want to meet and see the financials and equipment list, we can do that with a signed non disclosure agreement.
I'm a Realtor. I do both Residential and commercial. What are you looking to get into? Shoot me an email at brianvn13@yahoo.com. I'm helping a couple of people looking for nail salons, and a couple of people looking for convenience stores and donut shops. By the Way.Pizza place is SOLD!
$200k for a Papa Johns is extremely cheap considering how well that franchise is doing. It's a great investment. If I knew how cheap it was to open one, I would've done it awhile back.
Got this off the Papa John's website. http://www.papajohns.com/franchise_opps/usfaq.htm How much does it cost to build a Papa John’s restaurant? Please refer to the U.S. Franchisee Requirements and Fees page of this website for more information.
8.5 + 2.6 + 5.9 + 4 = 21%!!! It's still worth it. You get to sit on your butt all day and be the man while getting paid.
The Papa John's where my mom lives was open for about 6 months before they went out of business. Papa John's pizza is too expensive (unless you live in a college town and are a college student -- in that case you get a ridiculous discount) BTW, chow, if i read that right, it's 8.5 + 4, the 2.6 and 5.9 are what makes up the 8.5
You read it right SirCharlesFan. As with any business, location is very important. Some neighborhoods aren't a good location for a Papa Johns. The prices are expensive. You really have to study an area before you go in and open up a business there.
