reunion for games on the weekend or wednesday games by chance? haven't played ball for several months, but i miss it like hell. i'll suck at offense as usual, but i'll be there to do the other schit.

biggie, chong li (macalu... "you break my record... i break you! like i break your friend!), mogrod, clutchcityreturns, rush, kam, darkhorse, stack24 (wtf have you been?), yaoming, rocketfire, and everybody else...

i need to get back in the habit. scoped out an outside court in the heights area if interested.

i've gone by toyota center every so often since it's only a few minutes away. that court that's right in front of it is always open, so we could play there if y'all would like to. maybe even a clutchbbs gettogether if the league thingee doesn't work out.

i work on the other side of downtown. perfect for me.

the only issue i have is, that i am out of shape, and will embarrass myself. i know, i know, i do a fine job of embarassing myself when i'm in shape.

plus it's hot, but yes, i will play.

Man if all of ya'll had 24 hour fitness memberships we could go pick up games indoors! Why do you guys not have gym memberships? :).

I'm down for a reunion. I was thinking myself of trying to get one together but it's so friggin hot outside

its hard to find a good court. I play saturdays at a church with a pretty good indoor court. Other than that, its outdoors...one cheap little court/rims in the braeswood area and then the UT rec center has pretty good courts, they are just outdoors.

Im trying to get back into the swing of things after a 2 year hiatus...but its like riding a bike

There are a couple of courts close by U of H. Well There's one in the barrio where I live by called the Eastwood park but that place has only 2 rims.

There's also the one at UH. But playing at the blacktop could be very hot.

there's a court in my old neighborhood which is pretty good. there's a roof so we'll be shaded, depended on the time of day.
not much action there unless there's a soccer game going on.

it's located at Real and Erby.

not a bad location. i'm going to have to drive by the one in the heights to mapquest it.

yeah... it's hot out, but with it being in the shade i think we'd be able to handle it. in the event that the league thing doesn't come to fruition, how about a one-timer at the uh rec center. we can all cough up 10 bucks (that's how much it was right?) to play just once... right?

well, it's inside the loop. :D

we could always play at the house where we've had the previous bball get-togethers but it's small and i'm sure it's even farther from you.

haha, depends. that place looks "about" how far your house was last time or is it closer to hobby airport? (which would be a bit further).

i'm down for whatever though, if it's once a week, i don't mind the gas so much. the heights is a bit closer though if that place checks out with omega. i'm off 290/pinemont. so i'm way the hell from most of you guys anyway, lol.

What with me living in Austin now, I'll have to bow out.

By the way, I realized recently that left my TF-1000 ball at the apartments that night I hurt my knee. That's pretty crappy.

    I've already replaced it, though.

    :)

I'm up for the UH rec ctr idea. I'm not a student there anymore but $10 for a one-timer doesn't seem too bad. I think Saturday afternoons are best for that.
    Hey lets go tomorrow!

Sometimes I wish I have one.. I hear a siren almost every night here. But all of us should be able to take them without a gun. Someone bring a pocket knife ^_^

Btw, I've always wondered.. what does your moniker mean??
