    If there was any redeeming value in last years team---it was that they never gave up---even though they knew from the outset what the outcome would probably be.

    Anyway...this is old hat. Covered in a long ago thread...

    Well, if they wanted to give up and tank anyway, they would be stupid. Year after year, the league's worst record...but year after year, will always seem to nab that #4 pick.
