There was one or two possessions against the Hornets that had Richie Frahm dumping the ball down to Yao. The passes were quick, confident, crisp, timed-well, and on the mark. Matt Bullard then made a comment, something like "the Rockets may have found a good post-passer for Yao in Frahm...". Anybody else catch that?

I did hear Bull say that, another first for Yao, creates the ypp (Yao post passer) position. If Frahm doesn't start knocking down some threes the ypp position is going to be short lived.

Thank God I am not the only one!!!!! Alston is almost turning into Steve Francis
and I dont think he is good enough to be our starter- out of control and playing his own adgenda!! I hope that he will only be the back up if JVG cant get him to play the Playmaker Roll. Only one assist last night!!!T

    yea he said that

wtf, only two passes and he is already an allstar

I think JVG needs to give him and swift more playing time

brunson needs to sit and watch

Alston is not our answer at the point...his outside shooting is too eratic, he does not play poised in clutch time (too many turnovers and careless mistakes at the end of games), he's a terrible post entry passer, he doesn't understand how to orchestrate an offense, and his defense is subpar.

it was kind of scary at first, but it's a must needed decision and it turns out it was a win!

Alston is a stable point guard...as a backup....

I'm hoping the Rockets bring Frahm in for their summer league...for a low price, he could be the shooter and smart player we've been looking for off the bench...

It's kind of shocking and pathetic to hear that. I can make a good pass to Yao even though I'm a average baller.

i heard that comment too. what i thought was that he was just trying to find something nice to say about the guy. let's face it, frahm isn't going to be on this roster very long and probably won't be in the nba much longer. decent shooter, good post passing isn't going to keep you on many rosters.

I am glad that Frahm can get the ball to Yao effectively. Spot up shooters have to be able to get the ball to the big man.

How the hell this turns into a rip or praise of Alston I don't know...
