    I'm thinking build one as my summer project. It doesn't seem that complicated, the hardest part is find a cheap TFT monitor and take it apart. You can build the whole thing for less than 300 bucks, definitely worth a try.

    Funny. I was reading this same article a few hours ago.

    But I ended up decide to get myself a projector from EBAY

    this sounds interesting. from where do you plan on purchasing the projector and would you be using the same cooling solution they mention?

    Considering you can get a refurbed home theater projector for about $600 bucks, I don't think it is worth it.
