Gery Woelfel: Bucks are still shopping Ilyasova and, as an NBA official added "shopping him hard." Twitter @GeryWoelfel

Are we getting in on this? Guy averaged 11 and 6 shooting 44% and 28% from deep, but for his career he averages 47% shooting and 36% from the 3pt line...

Can we get him? He would be an excellent piece next to Dwight, and thanks to his abysmal season last year, could probably be had for cheap.

I'd take a gamble on him for sure.

His contract isn't that great and he certainly isn't better than parsons, definitely not as versatile or bring any of the intangibles.

The Bucks would probably give us something (like a 2nd rounder) to take him off their hands. I don't think Morey goes for it though. The guy has 8 million guaranteed the next two years, and the Rockets don't want to carry that on their salary sheet going into next offseason. Honestly, I don't blame the Rockets either. This guy has really declined the last 2 or 3 years (read: since he got his large contract), and that contract looks pretty bad right now. Not sure if he'll ever bounce back at this point.

Well, Ilyasova is a 4. So I don't know why you are comparing him to Parsons. And if it's the contract, Parsons will be making almost twice as much.

Ilyasova is an elite 3 point shooter and a good rebounder. And he's a little better on defense than Jones.

The question is whether or not Morey would want him on the team or if he is star-hunting.

I like his game, but I would not go for him with his injuries.

I don't watch much Bucks basketball (lol) but could his drop in efficiency from 12 to 13 be due to losing Ellis? I wonder if his efficiency would go back up if he had Harden and Howard taking most of the heat off of him and he just had to nail largely open 3s.

Ilyasova could be acquired and merged with the Ariza sign-and-trade. We could acquire him and still maintain the full Lin TPE and the full TPE.

He's owed $16.2 million over 3 years with the 3rd year $400,000 guaranteed. I like his contract and this kid can shoot the rock big time at the 4 spot. If Milwaukee would throw in a future first and take back one of DMo/Jones for him...I'd like to see us merge that deal with the Asik trade.

I don't want this guy. He's inconsistent, and apparently uses a fake age (3 years younger than his real age) . He also has a terrible contract - not too bad, but don't think he's worth 8m a year.

Great fit if he is healthy. His contract will look like a bargain if he can regain his form.
