Finally it's here... this is ESPN video, not sure if it is in chinese or english... I posted it here immediately when I got to know that it is available for dl coz I know some of you wanted to see it... I'm still downloading it... Rockets vs Kings
Oh and to repeat what I found out the other day, it doesn't seem to work if you just click on the link. You should copy the URL and then paste it into your BT browser. That seems to work fine.
If you want to open this file directly in your browser, just make sure you check the setting [Automatically perform the associated action with each of the file types].(in this case, set .torrent file open with your default BT client, it should work. m_cable, I guess your trouble at the other site due to that.
I do have an association with torrent files to my BT client. So when I click on the torrent file, it does automatically open up in my BT client. But for some reason, the torrent file doesn't seem to load correctly when I do that with some of these chinese torrents (Everything seems to work fine on Suprnova). I don't know. Maybe my BT client is just a rascist.
a bad news, yesterday I indeed saw dozens of IP from USA, Taiwan, Canada in the peers list of that two BT I refer to...
It does work, I tried it just now. But like I said earlier, instead of trying to download the torrent or follow the link, you should copy the URL and then paste it into your BT client. That process worked just fine for me, and there's plenty of seeds and peers to download from right now.
hmmm... for some reason it doesnt work for me. I cant seem to connect anymore. im using bitcomet0.56 anyone have success with this? when you say copy the URL do you mean click --> create (then copy in the URL of the file in the field labeled source file?) I cant seem to create the BT. any help would be appreciated since im new to using BT. J
rooms just try this: right click on link use save target as (save to desktop) the file should only be 66 kbs or something click on that file on your desktop and your BT software should automatically open up and ask you where you want to save the entire BT file. proceed from there. copying the link to your BT program sometimes freezes the BT software. I suggest you follow above if that happens to youi. BTW use Abc bittorent (google it. if you BT programs give you problems.
rooms, you also might want to look into Azureus...I havent used it in a few months, but I found it to be nice and easy to use with tons of config options... check it out...
hmmm.. i saved the .torrent file to my desktop, and when I dbl-click it, it launches my client (BitTornado), but it gets an error: "got bad file info" -- droxford
guys i just did a test of downloading it again -saved it to my desktop. Everything is fine! Follow my suggestion, Google ABC bittorent and follow the steps I posted earlier of saving the link to the desktop. ABC will get you through I just tried it and there are plenty of seeders and peers, NO error messages.
Well, I downloaded ABC bittorrent and installed it on my notebook (which had no previous BT client installed). I right-clicked on the link from the original post and saved to my desktop (it made a 21 kb file). Double-click it, it launches ABC which immediately sends an error: "Failed: Invalid torrent file." -- droxford
Ok, ya know what... I've downloaded the .torrent seven times, and every time I download it, it's a different size. Their file server is hosed. Could someone else please re-host the file? (or email it to me at droxford@gmail.com) -- droxford
Yep, the server is wack. I had to keep downloading repeatedly until the file was accepted as a valid torrent file by azureus.
Yeah R2K is right Azureus is nice and easy to use. It has the best GUI. check it out... No doubt the server is wacky... u just have to keep trying... i'm seeding the file for u guys to download... Anyway, will try to post the torrent for today's game... BTW, any live stats for this game? NBA.com doesn't have anything...
