Some of you guys may recall that I replaced some brushed nickel doorknobs that were installed in my new home. I took them off within a day and put in polished brass knobs, but I could not return the knobs that had been installed. I think there are about 10 of them...some for closet and some for bedroom plus two outdoor keyed locks and a dead bolt. Anyone interested in buying these? I'l looking at a little below cost (since the idiot got a some dabs of paint on them) minus shipping. Let me know. I just have them sitting around. I wanted to offer you guys these before I even considered ebaying them. They are the "orbit" style round knobs. I can't remeber the brand of knob, but I can check on that if you are interested. FT
I'm at work right now, but I'll try to get hold of a digital camera and take a pic tonight...or I'll find a pic of what they look like online. I still have others unopened that I was going to return, but if you want the whole set to match, I can hold off on returning them... Let me hunt down a likeness.
This is the style but it is in a brushed nickel finish. The bedroom knobs have the small hole in the center for the small key to onlock the door. The closet knobs have no keyhole.
