I like Bruno until they started to say Bruno was better than Sengun and i still kind of liked him. Happy trails Fernando! I think he is a serviceable big and surprisingly young.
He represented Angola very well. And had a oddly pretty free-throw stroke. Though his time here was short, I did like him--even if there was no universe in which he should start over Alpi. I think his best days are still ahead. Godspeed, Mr. Fernando!
I know dude aint brazilian but every time i would hear his name my head would just go straight to some funk music im going to miss u, bruno
I am sorry for this guy. He lived one of the most extraordinary NBA life in the last six months. -Released -Signed two-ways contract -Signed $10M/4 years contract -Promoted to starting line-up as red herring -Injured after 2 starts -Demoted to #3 in C pecking order -Upgraded to #2 C option -Traded Should not be easy to digest all this things in 6 month period for a young man. Wanted to see him longer term Rockets. Good luck to him.
You did what you needed to do and Silas lead you to believe you could start over a young baby Jokic. Sorry that bubble was burst, but good luck getting playing time on any other team.
They gave him every chance... In the end he was worth a second round pick, and we got to dump the salary. He was huge in that win over PHX - that was about it this year....
I wonder if the odd playing time situation with him and Garuba after Sengun cemented himself as the starter had anything to do with boosting his trade value.
Bruno Fernando did better than Bruno Caboclo. Fernando can benefit more from a veteran PG. Thanks for your services.
