Is this guy a flat out dirty player?

Game 4 against Seattle, Bowen for no reason blatantly elbows Brent Barry in the chest. Could have been suspended.

Earlier in the year, Bowen jumps to contest a shot by Sczerbiak and kicks him right in the grill. Gets suspended for one game.

Today, he jumps to contest a shot by Bryant and kicks him in the knee.

Granted, it looked unintentional, but the guy is making a habit of these accidents. What kind of defender kicks his feet out when he's jumping to contest a shot? It's similar to the way Karl Malone leads with his knees on his drives to the hoop. Very awkward, but is it calculated?

What college did Bowen go to, and what year did he come into the NBA?

I don't know where Bowen went to college, but he's a scrub. It gives me satisfaction to know Bowen and the Spurs will be out of the playoffs next Sunday.
