Same guy. If I had to guess, it means somebody screwed up when compiling this list. The "washouts" from the NBA will be added to NBDL rosters last. The provision reads:

They must have been operating under the (reasonable) assumption that Damon Jones would make the team and that Tierre Brown would be cut. Either that or they invited everybody that they knew couldn't latch onto another team if they didn't make it with the team they were with. So, does Damon Jones get an invite now? Good luck, Damon.

One of my friends, Nick Shepperd, is also on that list. The dude is an ox. He kinda resembles Curry, but with more muscle.

I wish the nbdl was like minor league baseball where we could send guys there, that could play in our system with our coaches.Ike, Kelly, Jones, Langhi, and even Collier until he starts playing could be there instead of guys staying on the ir the entire year. Then if someone gets hurt, you could just go to your development team. Thats what they ought to do with it, make affiliates.

I know a guy personally on that list, and know if someone gives him a chance, he will make it. He is one of the best players I have ever seen , (I know it was against college players) with great court knowledge. He is Tyrone Ellis, #96 on the left side. I saw him personally about 20 times throughout his college career, and he is better than guys like Damon Jones, etc. 6-5 Combo Guard, and played with the Knicks in summer league. He plays like Steve Francis, just not as good, but has the potential to be.
