It is said that an irregular verb is one whose stem or ending changes when conjugated and doesn't follow the usual rules of the three endings -ar, -er or -ir. For each of the verbs you first offered, the stem or the ending will change and would not follow the usual conjugation.

It depends on what tense or person you're requesting.

Let's take, for example, the REGULAR verb "cantar" [to sing], which follows the rules of the conjugation for all in the present tense, where only the ending -ar will change:
    Yo canto
    Tú cantas
    él canta
    Nosotros cantamos
    Ustedes o Ellos cantan

The stem or ending for the conjugation of the verb "cantar" did not change in present tense, because it is a REGULAR verb.

Similarly, regular -er and -ir verbs will follow the rules without changing their endings and stems.

In contrast, the irregular verb dar changes stem AND ending with many tenses and person.
    PRESENTE PRIMERA PERSONA: doy,
    PRETERITO PRIMERA PERSONA: di
    PRESENTE SUBJUNTIVO PRIMERA PERSONA:
    etcétera...

There have to be a few more details in the question for which you are requesting help. I'm afraid 3 rows 2 columns is not enough. Please post more details.

    Tutoring is available, sir.

EDIT: ryan, vivir is not one of the verbs he asked about.

I'm assuming that since school just started, they're working on present tense of the irregular verbs.
    Ir:
    Voy Vamos
    Vas
    Va Van

    Ser:
    Soy Somos
    Eres
    Es Son

    Dar:
    Doy Damos
    Das
    Da Dan

    Ver:
    Voy Vamos
    Vas
    Va Van

Nice catch, Señor Yoyo. I get the feeling we were once in the same class when little. :p
These are incorrect, sir. Ver = "to see".
    Ver:
    Yo veo. Nosotros vemos.
    Tú ves. Ustedes ven.
    Él/Ella ve. Ellos ven.

 You probably thought it was "ir". Not a problem.
