And we will also see how much better Ish Smith is than Aaron Brooks at "controlling tempo" and "passing first." I kid I kid. I actually like Ish Smith, and I hope he will succeed. I just think we are a better team with ALL of our point guards. In all seriousness though, a test like this might be what the team needs to kick up the intensity and defense a bit. These guys play better as the underdog, I think.
It's too bad Lowry is out himself until Wednesday. He will probably be a little rusty in the first 2-3 games.

Now I see why we need 3 point guards. If both Lowry and AB are out I wouldn't be suprised if Ish plays 40 Minutes and shoots 30 Brick Teardrops. Seriously the guy is like a Rafer Clone, however when he does pass it off it usually leads to an assist.
That's better news than I was expecting. That video looked BRUTAL. If Ish can play as well as he did last night making better decisions with his shot I think we can get some wins as the schedule turns... *knock on wood*
You know he is a rookie right? I think he performed pretty well considering. He wasn't jacking 3s he was shooting all the shots close to the rim. He was obviously nervous. The fact that he had the confidence to shoot those shots tell me more about him than his Bricks. AB and Lowry get back soon!
I agree. Give Lee the opportunity until he proves you wrong. His defense is amazing... He misses a free throw on occasion lol but he's a hell of a player. We're better with him on the court I feel. Hopefully Budinger can have a game, it's been awhile.
My prediction is we win 5 our of the next 6 games and the majority of the BBS talks about how much of a better team we are without Brooks not taking into consideration the teams we played in our first 5 to the ones we are about to play. I can see it now. It's a shame, really.
