    Does anyone worry about how Aaron Brooks is gonna feel being paid less than the person backing him up? He seems like a good enough guy he will play well and have a good attitude no matter what but man, that's like if my assistant got a raise and made well over my salary, I'm not sure how that would effect his moral.

    Lowry has played in the league a year more than Brooks. AB will get paid next year, he knows that. Stupid thread, lock it please.

    Misleading title...i thought there was a brooks quote refering to this...

    and brooks cant be upset , it's the way contracts work, he's still on his rookie contract.

    I really think he doesn't care, bcuz earlier this year AB said I can't imagine Kyle playing for another team he is like my brother, so I would say NO.

    Brooks is a nice goofy guy. He does not care. He will get a much better contract next season.

    Brooks is on a rookie contract, he will surely make more than Lowry when his contract is up. Shane is Ariza's backup and he makes more money as well. I don't think that bothers him and I imagine Brooks has more confidence than Trevor at this point.

    Also, was Brooks making more than Lowry last year? I don't believe so, but I could be wrong

    Whether he cares or not doesn't matter. He understands he is under a contract and when it's up, he will be getting paid. I'm sure he would like more money, who wouldn't, but a contract is a contract.
