Someone should tell here there's a reason they put seat belts on high chairs.

EXCLUSIVE: BABY SEAN FALLS & FRACTURES HIS SKULL, BRITNEY IN TEARS!

    April 24 Issue of Star

On April 7, when Britney Spears and Kevin Federline realized that their baby, Sean Preston, had been sleeping more than usual, panic bells went off. Just six days earlier, the 7-month-old had taken a major fall from his high chair, a tumble that had his parents worried that he might have been critically injured.

They had every right to fret. After rushing Sean to a nearby hospital, they discovered he had a minor skull fracture (sometimes called a "scalp fracture" in babies), and a blood clot. And the doctors weren't the only ones to take notice! The next day, the Department of Children and Family Services began looking into the incident.

    THE FALLOUT

The Spears-Federline clan escaped disaster, but not their obligation to explain themselves to the authorities. On April 8, L.A. sheriff's deputies arrived at Britney's Malibu home to investigate a child-abuse claim against Britney and Kevin in relation to the head injury. Such an investigation isn't unusual. According to California law, whenever a baby is brought into the hospital with a serious injury, the Department of Children and Family Services is alerted.

who cares how she treats her kids...everyone should just look at their own family and get that house in check, rather than say "look how ****** up this family is." And then rationalize their own problems by saying that everyone has problems.

sorry for the rant, just sick at how society gets a kick out of sh** like this.

Sorry, dude...I didn't realize you are such a fan.

Yes, I get a kick out of seeing phonies exposed for what they are. I just wish it wasn't happening to her kid.

I don't know of anyone on here that gets a kick out a child that is injured and not taken to the hospital for 6 days. I'm disgusted by it. It doesn't matter who the parents are. Moron parents are moron parents.

maybe its the fact that help is probably on the way after this stunt. That kid needs to be protected at all costs, and if this was the turning point, then thank god it was only a fracture to the skull.

I mean what could be worse? a red rider bb gun?

Were you there when it happened? No. Does the media know the whole story or exactly what happened? No. Every kid gets injured once in a while. Maybe the Britney's didn't feel it was as severe an injury as one may assume? Anything could be the reason; it doesn’t mean they are bad parents. Judging someone by a report such as this is just silly. To be disgusted is even more disturbing (cause you are eating this **** up).

Faos: Phonies? Do you know these people?

By the way I can’t stand Britney Spears, as an artist. As a person I don’t know her so I won’t be judging her. Unlike some people.

actually that's not unusual. when a child falls there are 2 types of bleeds, quick and slow. many times even if you get seen by a physician the advice given is to watch for changes up to 1 week later. in fact >95% of falls that get seen by pediatricians don't need any xrays/ct scans but still need observation for this exact scenario
