If anyone lives in Dallas, and listened to this mornings Mikey Morning show on the Eagle radio station (97.1), they heard the station play a tape of a Britney Spears concert in some South American country (can't remember which off the top of my head). At any rate, during one of her songs, she unveils the American flag. Apparently the citizens of this country do not have quite the same zeal for our country as others, and she was booed off the stage. The hilarious part of all of it was that she was still miked when off stage! I don't know if they were still putting her through to all the concert goers, but certainly a recording was made, and somehow the radio station got a hold of it. In the recording, Britney says things like "This is r****ded! I thought they were going to do a f*cking vamp!? F*ck this!" And it went on like that. I have no idea what a vamp is, but I doubt that Ms. Spears wants all her 10 and 11 year old fans to hear her speaking in such a manner. I do have a little more respect for her, I must say. A recording was made of her going off on the band (someone must have left the microphone on). I heard that a vamp is something that the band plays when the performer is offstage. She was offstage doing a costume change when the band failed to play a vamp leaving her fans standing out there with nothing. ------------------
