Does having a Fine Wife allow you to foul Yao consistently? I should so a study and see if any other centers have Fine Wives. Anyhow...This wasnt all the referees fault. In fact, most of it was ours (for poor shooting). I dont think the defense was that bad tonight...it wasnt great but hey while I may be the only one... I would give Rafer, and Lamar those 3 pointers 9 nights out of 10. The Heat just made shots. Anyhow I didnt want this night to end without Brian Grant getting soem criticism for his fouls....there was lots of arm and shirt grabbing tonight. ON a NIGHT LIKE THIS I WISH YAO WOULD GET A LITTLE RILED UP>>>FLAIL HIS ARMS AND MAYBE THROW A HARD DELIBERATE ELBOW TO GET AN OFFENSIVE FOUL. What this does is draws attention to teh two players and makes the ref focus more on calling fouls to keep the game from getting too physical and maybe leading to a fight. Shaq does something like this a lot where he gets fouled and then jsut gets all mad and pushes someone around.... I garauntee the refs start to watch things more closely and Brian Grant couldnt do the holding. To sum up..we LOST...mostly our fault...but wanted to point out Brian Grant's obvious fouling.' I wish we had another game with the Heat soon...Yao would give Grant the "bizness"
Yup. Yao needed to get a tech tonight smacking his elbow in Grant's chops. The Rockets would have been better off if it had happened. All that pushing is ridiculous and the refs let it go because Yao let it go. Once Yao steps to the plate and doesn't let that crap go on, then the refs will do something.

Brian Grant? He's doing okay for playing out of position....much better than Cato....who is also playing out of position. Both of them are a bit overpaid. I'd give up Cato and Taylor for Grant, Samaki Walker, and Wang Zhi Zhi. There......I said it.
