I see the name of MB with no "Ill" comments yet. He must not be awake I would absolutely do this, but does Wesley fit in SA's needs. Brent would fit here I am sure. Would be kind of neat seeing the two Barry Bombers in either corner for a kick out. Would rather see Brent with an open three than Wesley. I just hope if Latrell (please don't bring him here) comes here, he can still feed his family on the Bi-Annual exception. My heart goes out to him and his family. he was going to have trouble on the three year 21 million he left on the table in Minny. I hope he is not the same unhappy cancer he was there when he can't feed the kids.
No thanks. Wasn't Barry a huge disappointment for SA last season? Why would we want him? I think we have the better of the two brothers.
I dont think so. Brent handles the ball better, is a better passer and certainly goes to the hoop better. About the only thing Jon does better is 3 point shooting IMO. Brent would be a perfect fit here. He is just the kind of player that we need to surround our young core with. A savy veteran with high BB IQ who still has some good years left in him.
There have been a lot of players that were let go by one team and played great for another one. There is more than one reason a team lets a player go.
I would trade for Barry in a heartbeat. He would be perfect as our 1. If we landed Barry at the 1 and DA (outside shot at Finley) at the two; we could book tickets to next year's finals in Miami.
