With what Lamar has been through, Its very understandable why he has fallen off and has become addicted to drugs, his life has been a horror story. He should be commended for accomplishing the things he did and making it as far as he has in life. Many men would off them selves or go in a total downward spiral if put in his shoes.

I understand he's addicted to drugs.

I also understand what he wanted to do for two nights with two girls at the ranch.

I also understand why he was taking those pills.

I don't understand why he needed so many.

do you also understand that people who are addicted to drugs and have phsychological problems don't make rational decisions a lot of times?

    99ers are 99ers .
Everyone one of us is orignal.
    Every single one of us.

    Back to the,subject.
I do wish lamar to make it through .
But the other poster was right, he is t I blame for his own actions.

The poor crackhead who isn't a nba player can't afford to drown his sorrows at the bunny ranch.

    He obviously wasn't committing suicide.

I'm not saying he doesn't have a problem.
I'm saying it's obvious why he was there and he deserves blame for his own actions.

That's akin to asking why does an alcoholic needs so many drinks, or why a chronic smoker needs to smoke so many cigs. He obviously had/has a drug issue, it's a habit and the person suffering is obviously not making rational decisions.

Let's see what the toxicology report says . I don't think his choice to go the ranch was irrational thinking.

If he wanted to be alone and do drugs by himself , he wouldn't leave his house.

In any case, he needs professional help if he makes it through.

I would say that Lamar was a great person from what I've read and from the few interviews I've heard from him. I remember him always smiling during interviews and as far as I know he didn't hurt anyone and was generally liked by most players. He was also super cool with the fans as I remember when I went to a Rockets vs Lakers game back in 09 and he would always interact with the fans sitting in the front row and have a few laughs. I understand this is his doing and no one forced him to make the decisions he did, but as a human being he was a good person to others, let's not be stone-hearted and not post ill-advised comments.

What's the latest with Lamar? Any credible updates (outside of TMZ)?

Lamar Odom's condition has deteriorated, and doctors are now telling the family the longer he remains in the condition he's in the less likely it is that he will recover.

Sources tell TMZ, Lamar did indeed squeeze Khloe's hand Wednesday night, which gave everyone hope, but Thursday morning doctors are saying it well could have been an involuntary movement.

As of Thursday morning, our sources say Lamar has shown no signs of consciousness or improvement. We're told 4 organs, including his kidneys, continue to fail. Our sources say doctors have been clear ... the fact that Lamar is not getting better significantly reduces his chances of survival.

As we reported, on Wednesday doctors gave Lamar a 50/50 chance of pulling through.
As one source put it, "The doctors are concerned it has been too long that he's been in this condition and now it's not looking good."

Sort of yes and no. Sorry, just a random statement because I was like "Damn Master P. Haven't heard him in a while. Like he fell off the face of the earth." So then I was like "Is he just trying to get in the lime light? Ran out of money from his 1 hit wonder?"

Then I looked it up, and dude has been running the s**t like on a Jay Z level. So he is definitely a behind the scenes guy with accusing, behind the scene comments on Kobe & the NBA in general. If Warren Buffet was close friends with Lamar Odom and running in certain celebrity circles & certain business circles, then I'd bend an ear too. I hope people aren't writing Master P off just because it seems like a random rapper who is no longer in the limelight ...wait...too late.
