Okay, here is my breakdown of everything we've been doing right and wrong in all 4 games so far:

    Game 1:
    Pros:

    1) TMac finds his rythm in the second half.
    2) Yao has a decent game, although he needs to cut down his TOs.
    3) Our defense is solid.

    Cons:

    1) TMac can't hit the Pacific Ocean with his shot in the first half.
    2) Not a great shooting night for Rafer.
    3) Poor night of shooting by Head.

Summary: IMO, despite Tracy finding his shot in the 2nd half, we are lucky to pull off the win as Okur and Boozer can't shoot in game 1. Like all the other games of the series, we are trailing Utah going in at the half.

    Game 2:
    Pros:
    1) Our superstars driving to the basket and get the FT calls from the refs.
    2) Yao and TMac have a combined TO of just 1.
    3) Chuck Hayes playing like a madman and gets us 7 offensive rebounds (12 rebounds total) and hitting 5-5 FGs.

    Cons:
    1) Our superstars shoot a horrible FG%.
    2) We can't shoot 3 pointers ... 4-24 3 PTs, at a success rate of 16.7%

    Summary:

We get away with a win despite our poor offense in game 2. But as I mentioned in my other thread about our offense - http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=128059 - our offense eventually costs us game 3, as Houston scores a playoff franchise record low of 67 points.

    Game 3:
    Pros:
    1) Our defense kept Utah to 81 points and gave us chance going into the 4th quarter.

    Cons:
    1) Our bench went missing and scored 0 points.
    2) Another disappointing night for TMac
    3) Yao turns it over 8 times

Summary: Our pathetic offense finally catches up to us.

    Game 4:
    Pros:
    1) We find a better rythm to our FG% as compared to game 3.
    2) Our bench finally contributes, as compared to game 3.

    Cons:
    1) Another disappointing night for TMac
    2) Our defense finally caves in and Utah finds all sorts of space around our paint area.

Summary: Our defense caves and we can't step up our offense enough to compensate.

I can't wait to see a game this series where the Rockets have a great game offensively and defensively. I know we are capable of it like we showed in many games this season. Houston, you can do it, so get it done!

Great job. You pretty much summed it up.

I will also add for Game 4 that T-Mac and Yao COMBINED for 10 FT attempts. That CAN'T happen for us if we want to do well offensively against a team that hacks as much as Utah does.

looks like it should be 3-1 Jazz or a 4-0 sweep
