    As a side note, I've been wondering how the heck infernal breidegroom collapsed so quickly right after that enormously successful robert johnson "rock opera" (written by Batman).

    It was a Daniel Johnston rock opera, actually. We just closed a six week run of it at Zach Scott Theatre in Austin and I expect to do again elsewhere soon.

    As for IBP's closing, I wish I could talk about it but I can't. Except to say that neither I nor any of the artists at IBP had anything to do with it. It's a shame but we're focused on the future.

    i should probably know this, but who was cynthia woods mitchell? she has both the amphitheater in the woodlands and the arts center at u of h named after her.

    i'm going to try and attend this saturday, though i'm glad the show runs until the 20th.
