I don't know how important this is to anyone but he will be out for the next 4 games. He shouldn't be ready to play against us. This is a good thing for just help us keep on winning. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3315641
Nice. Hate that he's injured b/c I really like his game, but it will be nice to have him out against us. Every game is huge now
I hate that he's hurt (especially a groin injury), but great news for us. If we can get by the Spurs, I think we might go streaking again. 2 straight wins + @Spurs, @Kings, @Blazers, @Sonics, @Clippers, Sonics = 8 Straight! That certainly at least seems like an extremely winnable 4 game stretch after the @Kings game.
agreed. the rockets have had some amazing luck when it comes to opponents injuries... sort of the basketball gods way of putting things right for yao and tmac's past few seasons.
Injuries suck (unless they happen to Shaq), but it's hard to complain too much when they help your team... especially when your team is already suffering from a major injury themselves. We should obviously be able to beat them regardless, though.
Roy is overrated-_- Injuries like this really stinks, now ppl will talk about how houston only win due to luck.
The injury was legit if you saw the replay of it. I don't think they will rush him back to play, that would be pointless as they are pretty much mathematically eliminated from post season play.
Well I feel sorry for Blazers. They are without their center who is still a big suprise, will be. And somehow they were able to win 13 straight games in the season, they made is as team. Generally they are playing pretty well. When you look at their record it is fine. But damn in that Wild wild West they just don't have any chances. I really feel sorry for them cause they did what they could. As for the game, of course it is good for us but even with him we can easily outplay Blazers. I don't care
I will be rockin it at both Portland on thurs and Seattle on Fri. I've got 100 level seats for both games, and the seats for the Seattle game are 5, count em five, rows behind the Rockets bench plus free buffet! Wahoo! It's really cool to be able to travel to two different arenas on back to back nights to support your team. Go Rox!!!
Thats cool im sure we will see you on tv both nights here in houston..make sure you wear your rockets gear
Not suprised that he s injuried again. He s a injury prone and that will hurt him in his career. Though, he is a great player.
What are you talking about? I live in Portland and also watch the Blazers games. From what I remember of this season, he was only out for 2 games due to a death in the family. Get your facts straight bruh!
if you hate tmac then you won't wanna hear this... but he reminds more of Tracy than any other player (much more than Durant) because he is deceptively fast, tends to disapear offensively at times, loves to pass to his teammates of lesser talent to keep them involved and is very streaky. I don't know how much that means but i thought that the year he came to the league, he's also much more atheletic than he leads on.
Sweet. My wife and I will be at the Seattle game too in our Pajama Drexler and Barkley jerseys. We're in the upper deck though. I think we're going to meet up with some other Rocket fans ahead of time, but not sure where yet.
Well last year, he played 57 game out of 82 games. This is he have miss 3 games and well, he now injury for 4 games.
Let me know! My girlfriend and I will be leaving Portland (which is 2 1/2 hours away) after getting off of work early that day. We would be happy to meet up with other Rockets fanatics.
