I've never hated a Houston sports franchise until 2006. I hate the Houston Texans. I hate them so much I say Go Cowboys and I hate anything from Dallas! Thank you Bob McNair. I will not kiss his balls cause he brought the NFL back to Houston. I have 31 favorite NFL teams.
Look, I know it's totally unrelated to the subject of Vince Young, but it's not very often you actually know a pro-athlete . . . I went to high school with Brandon Jones and he's easily the dumbest non-mentally r****ded person I've ever met. I remember it took about 15 tries to get his ACT high enough to get into OU, and the only way they did that was to allow him to take the ACT behind closed doors with the school guidance counselor. On a more positive note, this guy banged more hot white chicks (well, and ugly white chicks) than just about any other person I've ever met. I can't imagine what he's doing now that he's got NFL dollars.
I must say, I'm thoroughly shocked that VY's own teammates like him. This interview is an incredible find; I never would've thought that players defend and praise their teammates. Wow.
Yes, it is quite prevalent outside of the Houston Texans that NFL players defend their teammates. It has to do with having a winning mentality created by a leader.
The Texans ****ED up....Vince is special......so.....special !! Ric - clearly has not played organized ball, or else he would not be making those comments about leadership... DD
The Texans did the same thing with Carr up until this offseason, when most people knew his tenure was done, then the tone suddenly changed. I'm not saying it's totally irrelevant, but many people use "leadership" as a crutch to explain their own biases (because you can't prove or disprove it) when they know that logistically, their arguments don't make a ton of sense. Sort of like the argument that a franchise is doomed for all of eternity for not taking a quarterback who in one year didn't even post a QB rating of 70.
They were... until this offseason, when it was obvious his time was done. Then, the tone changed and Carr's leadership went from a positive to a negative, because of how it needed to be spun to the fans.
BS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You find one comment where a player says that Carr was the first one to practice and the last one to leave. Or that they were inspired by his committment and leadership. Vince is special, and the Texan's screwed up.......I mean come on....MARIO FRICKEN WILLIAMS !! ROFLMAO !!!! DD
