I admit I didn't know a lot about Brandon Duckworth when the good guys acquired him. I flipped over during time outs last nite and saw some of the game as well as some of two other appearances earlier.

The man, to me, looks worthy of Philly trading him. I just hope the kid in the deal tilts this back to Astros' favor.

So, how much is this Duckworth?

I remember he was a pretty good prospect a few years ago. He has good stuff, but he was never put it together. That's all I really know about him. He isn't like Jeromie Robertson, who doesn't have much talent.

I can tell you exactly how much he's worth. He's worth a spot starter/middle reliever (himself), two excellent prospects (Bucholtz and Astacio), and two pillars of the rotation (Pettitte and Clemens).

Oh, wait, that's what Wagner's worth.
