I really don't know what's going on with this country. I fear for MY life, the life of MY children, and the freedom I was promised in 1780.

Another Brad Pitt thread from Ronny. Things are adding up now.

Did Clooney write that for his butt buddy?

Ass can't get pregnant so you and your partner should not fear losing your children.

WHY DO WE CARE WHAT CELEBRITIES THINK ABOUT POLITICS?

    That is all.

Brad Pitt has no more political insight than your typical non celebrity but anyone can make a good point and he made one there.

This isn't a good point. This is common knowledge. But then again, there are those who believe their party is actually looking out for their best interests.

Problem isn't the politicians....the problem is that people don't care about long-term stuff.

Humanity never had to evolve to worry about 50 years from now. When was 50 years into the future important? Only what, in the last 30 years did people start realizing we needed to think about the future.

People care about today, tomorrow, and next year. And some people care about retirement. But that's about it.

And until that changes, we are on a course of massive human pain that is going to smack us all and smack us all hard. But that's perhaps how it goes.

Are you African-American? Because this is an extremely simplistic viewpoint. What exactly about the Roman and Mayan Empires taught them to care about today and tomorrow only? How exactly did 3 religions, the great wall of china, Greek mythology and roman infrastructure that took intelligence and vision to create disappear and resulted in man reverting to hunt during the day and sleep in his cave at night?

That's because you're not looking in your heart. You only see, what your eyes want to see, because you're frozen. When your hearts not open.

If you open up your heart, all the answers are there... and you'll be able to really see what's in front of you.

I'm a republican too, so I hear ya....

But you act like Brad Pitt is the end-all-know-all man when it comes to politics. He has an opinion just like you, I, and everybody else.

I hardly take what he has to say any more seriously than I do anybody else.

So, what exactly happened to the freedom promised in 1780? As far as I can see we still have it. And even then, there are still people in America (homosexuals) who don't even have those rights. Are you a homosexual? If so you can say this. If not, GTFO.

and why are you posting stupid quotes from folks in hollywood?

love their movies but the Eastwoods, Matt Damon's, Tom Hank's, Brad Pitt's of the world can just shutup. No one really care's what they think.
