We would.not.be in a 5 game looking streak if it wasn't for him. Everytime we have a lead he finds a way to kill it. Either trade him or give jeffries or pat pat his minutes, they are both great defenders and that's what we need in the paint. Not some guy who plays the 3. Who does he think he is.Kevin love? The man love between adelman and miller will put us in the same position we were last year.

Pretty much, besides shooting the 3, brad miller is pretty useless. He plays like a guard and his layups are more cringe worthy than Rafer's.

Brad Miller isn't terrible, he just works terribly with players we have. Putting in JJ was overdue from Adelman

and shoot. Different players are useful in different situations. RA just needs to recognize it.

RA overall is a very good coach, but his special situation subs and game ending plays aren't that great.

It's not Brad Miller's fault Adelman plays him in crunch time. I think Brad Miller like Andersen is a good player in certain situations, to change things up; not as a crunch time player.

Normally i don't reply to Knee jerks

but I have to say, i never liked brad, I'd like to give him away for a bad of peanuts.

morey made a mistake bringing in brad since we have got a lot of backup bigs to develop here, brad should be nailed to the end of bench

With this team as currently constructed without a legit center and having to play small, Miller does need to go to the bench and let the small, fast guys keep the game going full bore. It's our only chance to win, play small and fast and super aggressive, scrambling defensively. Miller cannot play effectively in that style. He is a half court plodder, a high post shooting center that can pass very effectively and runs a great half court version of Adelman's offense.

    I disagree.

Start Miller and Patrick Patterson. Bring Scola and Jeffries in off the bench. Relegate Hill to jock-holding duties. Problem solved.

Miller makes our offense go. But he also makes our opponent's offense go.

If I was coaching to win, I'd start Patterson instead of Hill, and let Jeffries/Hill/Miller platoon off the bench. IMO, Patterson should be getting 25 minutes a game.

he also made the mistake of bringing in andersen, and giving him a similar contract, but like all good gm's he corrected his mistake very quickly. hopefully, miller isnt a different scenario, but im worried that we'll be stuck with miller because hes adelmans pet rock.

Miller does his job. No one expected him to be an above average center defensively. Our problem is that we can't get any of our centers to play defense. That's more on who we don't have rather than Miller. He did just fine when our old rotation of Hayes + Scola/Hill + Miller was in place. We just need someone to take over Hayes' job of starting center and we'll be set.

He's one of the best passing bigs in the league... He can shoot some 3's aswell. He's old and slow, but we need his wisdom for our younger bigs.
