Does anyone have a recommendation of where I can go for boxing training/workouts? I used to box a little bit in college for the UT boxing club and it was a great workout / training. I'm not actually trying to box/spar or get super good at it. Just want to use it to get my conditioning, hand/eye coordination, and punching strength up. Good thing about the UT boxing club it was free so looking for something inexpensive here in Houston.
