This is going to be a classic. Book it.

There will be atleast one KD but I don't think Donaire is going to outbox Montiel. Montiel is too smart to get KO'd or get into long exchanges. He's gonna throw his combos and move. Donaire is no slouch, he obviously has a good chance. But I just don't think he will beat Montiel. It should be an awesome fight though.

I believe that this has the makings to be a legendary fight, but only because of the participates skill level, but also because Montiel is going to come in HIGHLY motivated to produce an electric type of fight. Lets be honest here, all of montiel's future paydays depend upon him impressing HBO, and he knows that the choice is not to win at all cost, it is to impress HBO at all cost. Winning is secondary to a good showing.

Donaire is going to have much bigger fights than this one so he can just do his thang. That is, unless Montiel making the fight legendary. I can't wait to see what happens here to be honest.

Maybe Rigondeaux? I'd like to see this fight. Or Vazquez Jr. I doubt anybody in the bantamweight division really interests him.

Was Roy Jones being sarcastic during the after fight comment where he kept repeating "God's gift"???

yeah definitely a fail on my part. donaire trained for that counter, just like how sergio trained for those short crisp hooks that took out Pwill. gotta give to to donaire, the kid is a beast.

Wow what a knockout. I picked Donaire to win, he was the favorite, but I did not expect it to end so quick. I believe him when he said he sees things in slow motion because he had to have to land that ridiculous counter that dropped Fernando. I actually would have been surprised if Donaire didn't come out the winner. The kid has all the right tools. Don't know if you can put him up there with Manny and Floyd but he's on his way.

Roy Jones said that he can be the number 1 instead of Manny. But it's Roy Jones..
