There will be a 24/7-esque 90 minute documentary about the upcoming Diaz-Marquez II fight showing tonight at 11PM on Telefurta (KFTH, CH67.1 In Houston, CH15 Comcast). Know there are some boxing fans and lots of Hispanic? fans on here that would like to check it out  . All leading up to their war on July 31!

You beat me to it. Diaz has not become a smart fighter.

I guess by "deep look" they mean just re-air the fight and have Israel Vasquez and some other dude commentate. Still, good fight to watch.

I think it's his training. The kid has heart and will to win. I think he has just plateaued in terms of skills. He needs to switch trainers and maybe learn some new things. Maybe develop an uppercut and maybe work on some lateral movement. Along with learning to cut off the ring better, rather than just going forward leaning over with his head down. He also keeps his chin too high, especially when throwing combos. Which can sometimes naturally occur because of the amount of punches you throw, but that leaves you wide open.
