Apparently Michael Moore has been having fun with his editing machine. http://www.hardylaw.net/Truth_About_Bowling.html ohh I hate that guy now.
Andy Ihnatko does better (and less biased) coverage of the 'questions' concerning "Bowling for Columbine." http://www.cwob.com/movies/oscars2003/bfc.html [...] "It's a great show, and you should definitely see it," I tell people. "Just, you know, don't necessarily believe anything you see and hear."
Better than the first article? I don't know about that. Maybe less biased. That first article had A LOT more content and the author seems to have done quite a bit more research and touched on a lot more "points" that were in the movie. There's definitely some truths to the movie, but sorry, I'm not willing to just shrug off all the deceptiveness...especially when he doesn't even hesitate to accuse other people of telling lies. I'm just not very supportive of hypocrites. Plus, it doesn't help that Moore continues to insist that nothing in the movie was staged. Maybe if he would just come clean it would help...but I think it's a little late for that.
Sadly, my dad just bought the entire Awful Truth collection through ebay today. Luckily, he hates him, and it's not about liking the guy; in fact my dad absolutely despises him. THe tapes were purchased for when Moore did stuff with the tobacco companies.
