Don't know if anyone else has seen Bourdain's show on the Travel channel... finding all the real local (and often bizarre) food. The Aug 21st show will be in Beirut...when all h*ll broke loose. VLikely candid... should be an interesting opportunity to see whats happening there and empathize with the Lebanese. http://travel.discovery.com/tvlisti...116786&gid=0&channel=TRV&clik=fanmain_leftnav
So will he be eating falafel while running away from a collapsing building? That would be the only way I tune in...
I haven't watched any from his new season, I don't know why I just don't put him on Season Pass but it keeps slipping my mind. The first season was quite good, though I have to admit, I'm ten times more interested in the culinary side of things then anything else that ends up in the show. Now, if only Travel Channel would put "Fishing w John Lurie" back on the tube.
It is a great series. I watch it all the time. I look forward to seeing it. I am sorry I missed him on Larry King, but it is very hard for me to stomach Larry King, so I don't usually check on who his guests are.
