The Public Library evacuated at 1pm. There is 40mph wind. This is like hurricanes in Houston. You don't believe it, and you don't evacuate...then regret it.
I live a block from where that picture was taken. From what I have heard, there were two fires. A bigger one in the canyon and a smaller one which you are seeing in that picture. The one in your pic looks like it is form about noon today. Most of that is gone and that fire looks like it has been put out.
